Register with Little Honors

Registration to Little Honors Learning Center  is now open. Browse our forms and information below and download the documents you need. If you have any questions, get in touch with a member of our team today.

Download the Little Honors Registration Packet by clicking the link below. fill it out, print and bring it in to your local Little Honors with your child’s birth certificate, completed medical form (signed and dated by your child’s doctor), and an up-to-date immunization record. 

Need help completing the application? Feel free to bring your materials in and speak with a helpful representative at your local Little Honors center.
